The Jade Mountain Club is the restaurant of the resort’s 29 open-walled sanctuaries, and it is set beside a vivid infinity pool high above Anse Chastanet. Award-winning Chef Allen Susser leads the kitchen, and the Celestial Terrace above is the spot for sunset drinks and stargazing.
