Noble Tree sources its beans from local farmers and processes them in-house, producing roasted single-origin Saint Lucian coffee, artisan chocolate and cocoa creations, according to the tourism authority. At its estate at Anse Ger in Micoud you can follow the coffee from crop to cup, or the cocoa from bean to bar, on a guided tour.
