About Orlando’s Restaurant & Bar
Orlando Satchell, who once ran the kitchen at Dasheene, opened his own restaurant in Soufrière, and it has become one of the town’s destinations for food lovers. The cooking turns familiar Caribbean favourites into carefully presented courses, with a signature five-course journey, a wine list and Saint Lucian rums, and the chef often comes out to meet guests. It is open Tuesday to Saturday; book through its site or by email.
