About Rabot Restaurant & The Cacao Bar
Rabot Restaurant is the dining room of the Rabot Hotel from Hotel Chocolat, high on the Rabot Estate, which the chocolatier bought in 2006 and which the tourism authority calls Saint Lucia’s oldest working cacao farm. Its “cacao cuisine” uses the beans grown around you in savoury dishes as well as puddings, and the Cacao Bar mixes chocolate cocktails with the Pitons in view. Book ahead if you are not staying, and combine it with the Tree to Bar tour at Project Chocolat.
