The view straight between the Pitons

About Dasheene

Dasheene sits on the ridge at Ladera, looking straight out between Gros Piton and Petit Piton to the sea, and sunset here is the reason many people book. Chef Nigel Mitchell’s team writes seasonal menus around island produce, and the Wine Room at Dasheene hosts his six-course tasting menu, with optional wine pairings, for anniversaries and honeymoons. Ladera publishes a dress code (no beachwear; dress sandals or closed-toe shoes), and it is about ten minutes’ drive from Soufrière town.
